Giovanna Scardoni

Giovanna Scardoni ist Schauspielerin und Dramatikerin. Sie absolvierte eine klassische Ausbildung sowie die Schauspielschule in Bologna und spezialisierte sich anschließend bei Luca Ronconi und an der École des Maîtres. Ihre Karriere begann am Piccolo Teatro di Milano, wo sie mit renommierten Regisseur*innen zusammenarbeitete. International machte sie ihr Debüt am Théâtre de la Ville in Paris, wo sie mehrere Jahre lebte und arbeitete.

Neben ihrer Tätigkeit als Schauspielerin studierte sie Dramaturgie und Komposition für Musiktheater an der Accademia Chigiana. Als Mitbegründerin der Mitmacher-Vereinigung entwickelt sie Theater- und Musikprojekte, die an bedeutenden Bühnen und Festivals gezeigt werden, und verfasst Libretti für Orchester- und Opernproduktionen.

Giovanna Scardoni is an actress and playwright, trained in classical studies and at the Bologna Theater School. She later specialized under Luca Ronconi and at the École des Maîtres. She began her career at the Piccolo Teatro di Milano, collaborating with leading directors. Her international work includes her debut at the Théâtre de la Ville in Paris, where she lived and worked for several years.

Alongside her acting career, she studied dramaturgy and musical theatre composition at the Accademia Chigiana. As co-founder of the Mitmacher association, she creates theatrical and musical works presented at major theatres and festivals, and writes libretti for orchestras and operatic productions.
